Physical training and movement – strength training and being active (moving) can help with numerous health benefits: managing weight, increasing metabolism, relieving pain, improving the body for everyday activities, protecting your joints from injury, strengthening muscles, bones and joints for better movement and flexibility, improving performance for sport specific activity, greater energy, more restful sleep and overall enhancing your quality of life.

Be ok with where you are, focus on emotional well-being and mental health, have small goals to achieve and be patient with yourself. When you start to shift your mindset and engage in more physical activity you become more confident, have heightened self-esteem and increased body image.
