Daniel S Bennett MD DABPM C-ABHRT

Dr Bennett comes from a solid background in multi-system medicine, first as an anesthesiologist, then as an interventional spine physician specializing in injury as well as chronic nerve conditions.

Several years ago, after nearly twenty five years of practice, Dr Bennett saw the need to delve into preventative medicine and soon realized a critical key to this was the optimization of hormones and metabolics, or quite plainly “jump starting the engine”. Without an engine that is optimized, we rapidly age and age with diseases that can be prevented such as diabetes, heart/vascular disease and brain failure (i.e. Alzheimer’s Disease and dementias).

Dr Bennett works with clients as “individuals” to optimize their hormones and their metabolic function, so they lose visceral fat (the #1 risk for premature death) and gain muscle and normal tissue so that all of their bodily systems are working to their fullest degree. Realizing optimal health also involves good nutrition, changes in nutritional lifestyle, and good physical function lead to partnerships with Lynn Sutton and Betsy Folsom to provide an environment where clients can realize their ultimate healthy potential.
